Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup flax milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. flax seed
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. roasted pumpkin seeds or nuts of choice
- 3 Tbsp. gluten-free granola

- Add the banana, raspberries, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and flax seed to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour contents of blender into bowl. Top with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and granola. Enjoy!
