Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, water, honey, ketchup, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes and pepper. Cover chicken with sauce and marinate for several hours or overnight.
- Grill chicken 4-5 minutes per side over direct, medium-high heat, or until brown and cooked to 165 degrees.
