Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw hemp heart seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp cane sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill

- Add everything to a bowl and using an immersion blender, blend until smooth and creamy. You can also use a food processor.
- Once mixed through, store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Tastes great as a sandwich spread or vegetable dip!
