- 1 Local Rustica or Brake Bread baguette, thinly sliced
- 2 Local Whistling Well SweeTango apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 8 oz. Local Deer Creek The Robin Colby cheese, sliced
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and toast lightly on both sides under broiler.
- Remove baking sheet from broiler and top toast with sliced cheese and apples slices followed by chopped walnuts.
- Return to broiler until cheese melts and walnuts are lightly browned.
- Remove baking sheet and serve bruschetta while warm.
