Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 sweet apple, such as a Pink Lady, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 tsp. finely grated zest of 1 orange
  • 1 orange, peel and pith removed, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cane sugar
  • 1 pinch coarse salt
