  • 1 can lentils, drained and rinsed can be black or green
  • 2 tbsp vinaigrette Make your own or grab your favorite bottled vinaigrette
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped Or another herb like mint, basil, or cilantro
  • 1 fistful golden raisins, roughly chopped Or chopped apple. Or sundried tomato.
  • 1 sprinkle feta cheese Or goat cheese. Or Parmesan cheese.
  • salt and pepper
