Each time you shop at the co-op, you have a chance to directly support local nonprofits by donating your 10-cent reusable bag credits and rounding up your purchases to the nearest dollar. Meet Neighborhood House
Who They Are
Neighborhood House has long been a welcoming presence for thousands of refugees, immigrants, and neighbors in transition or crisis. The organization serves as a full-service hub, offering assistance with basic needs such as food and housing while fostering future opportunities through family coaching and educational programs.
Neighborhood House on Montreal Neighborhood House has opened a new center at 1080 Montreal Ave in St. Paul, just a few blocks from our West 7th store, strengthening its mission to provide free, critical services to neighbors in need. The center will offer essential programs such as a larger, cost-free food market and family support services, addressing food insecurity and basic needs in the West 7th neighborhood. Plans include expanded educational offerings and early childhood programs, reinforcing Neighborhood House’s commitment to building a resilient and thriving community in St Paul.
Funds collected at the registers will help purchase fresh and culturally appropriate food for their food market at 1080 Montreal.
