This session offers an innovative approach to immune support by merging culinary practices with herbal medicine making. Participants will explore the intersections of food and plant medicine as they create dishes that enhance immune health while also crafting remedies like infused honey, turmeric paste, and dried tea blends. Chef Lachelle and Eva present a culturally grounded perspective on immune health, providing participants with recipes and remedies that are as flavorful as they are effective.
Menu: Plant-Based Curry, Herbed Brown Rice, Garlic Bread.
