Meet the Board
Following the consolidation of Mississippi Market Co-op and River Market Community Co-op, the new entity, Rivers Cooperative Markets, was officially established as of Jan. 1, 2026. The current board consists of members from each co-op’s board, totaling 11, with a three-year plan to reduce the final number to nine. The board is chosen and elected by the membership-at-large, who are legally responsible for the co-op’s overall direction and performance.
