- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 5-6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 slices apple
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice and layer cheese, bacon, and apple between the slices, leaving buttered side out.
- Place sandwich, one at a time, into skillet, butter-side down.
- Cook until browed, about 3 minutes, flip, and repeat.
- Remove from heat once both sides are golden and cheese is melted.
