  • 1 Local Rustica or Brake Bread baguette, thinly sliced
  • 2 Local Whistling Well SweeTango apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. Local Deer Creek The Robin Colby cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Servings: people
  1. Preheat broiler. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and toast lightly on both sides under broiler.
  2. Remove baking sheet from broiler and top toast with sliced cheese and apples slices followed by chopped walnuts.
  3. Return to broiler until cheese melts and walnuts are lightly browned.
  4. Remove baking sheet and serve bruschetta while warm.
