Baked Tofu Two Ways

Ingredients
  • 2 blocks tofu drained and pressed
Spicy Tofu Marinade
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp Saambal Sriracha can work too
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger ground
  • 1 tbsp honey
Lemon-y Baked Tofu
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • black pepper

Instructions
  1. Slice tofu
  2. Marinade tofu 30 minutes to 1 hour
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a sheet tray with oil to keep tofu from sticking. Place tofu pieces on sheet tray.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until desired firmness
