Ingredients
- 2 blocks tofu drained and pressed
Spicy Tofu Marinade
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp Saambal Sriracha can work too
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger ground
- 1 tbsp honey
Lemon-y Baked Tofu
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp sage
- black pepper

Instructions
- Slice tofu
- Marinade tofu 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a sheet tray with oil to keep tofu from sticking. Place tofu pieces on sheet tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until desired firmness
