Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 3/4 cup almond or oat milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 cups berries
- plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. and spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl mix together the milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Add in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt and mix to combine. Stir in the berries and almonds.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set in the middle. Top with Greek yogurt.
