Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)
- 2/3 cup flax milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
- 1 whole banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

- Mash banana and blueberries together in a bowl until blended together.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with fresh berries if desired.
