Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 2/3 cup flax milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  1. Mash banana and blueberries together in a bowl until blended together.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with fresh berries if desired.
