Ingredients
  • 6 ounces Jack cheese, cubed
  • 6 ounces Gouda cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons unbleached white flour
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon shallots, grated
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Salt and white pepper, to taste
  • 1 loaf Crusty bread, for serving

  1. Combine all ingredients, except bread, in fondue pot and warm to serve.
  2. Dip pieces of bread into warm cheese.
