Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine, fire cider, red wine)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup fresh herbs (try parsley, cilantro and any herbs you have on-hand)
  • salt, to taste

  1. Blend ingredients in food processor
OR
  1. Whisk together all ingredients (aside from 1/2 cup fresh herbs)
  2. Finely chop herbs
  3. Add herbs to wet mixture
