- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- water as needed

- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add water to thin out the dressing as needed.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
