Ingredients
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • water as needed

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add water to thin out the dressing as needed.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
