Creamy Caesar Salad with Fresh Croutons

Ingredients
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce with a large chop
  • 2 cooled and peeled jammy eggs (boiled for 6 minutes) sliced in quarters
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup fresh baguette torn into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bottle Salad Girl Creamy Caesar Dressing

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss baguette pieces in bowl with melted butter and oil and spread on parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and stirring occasionally. Cool and crumble the croutons.
  3. Assemble the romaine lettuce and top with jammy eggs, parmesan, croutons, and desired amount of Salad Girl Creamy Caesar dressing. You can also add any additional protein you may have on hand, such as grilled chicken or shrimp. Recipe adapted from Salad Girl.
