Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup raw hemp heart seeds
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill

  1. Add everything to a bowl and using an immersion blender, blend until smooth and creamy. You can also use a food processor.
  2. Once mixed through, store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Tastes great as a sandwich spread or vegetable dip!
