- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 sweet apple, such as a Pink Lady, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 tsp. finely grated zest of 1 orange
- 1 orange, peel and pith removed, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cane sugar
- 1 pinch coarse salt
