- 6 ears corn on the cob
- 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground pepper
- Mix together butter, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Carefully peel back husk, leaving it attached at the base, and remove the silk. Apply the butter mixture to the corn and replace the husk.
- Grill corn on medium heat, turning frequently, for about 25 minutes or until done, until you've reached your preferred level of char. Enjoy warm or with the kernels removed and chilled for use in a salad.
