- 6 oz fresh chevre
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 fresh peaches, halfed and pitted
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz safflour oil

- Preheat grill and lightly brush grate with safflour oil.
- Grill peaches cut side down until they begin to brown and caramelize, roughly 4-5 minutes.
- Remove peaches from grill. Fill each peach half with a scoop of fresh chèvre.
- Drizzle each peach half with honey and top with mint leaf sprigs. Serve warm.
