  • 6 oz fresh chevre
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 fresh peaches, halfed and pitted
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz safflour oil

  1. Preheat grill and lightly brush grate with safflour oil.
  2. Grill peaches cut side down until they begin to brown and caramelize, roughly 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove peaches from grill. Fill each peach half with a scoop of fresh chèvre.
  4. Drizzle each peach half with honey and top with mint leaf sprigs. Serve warm.
