Try spicing up your Brussels Sprouts with this Kimchi twist!
1lbBrussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
1largered Fresno chili, slivered
1Tbspfish sauce, to taste
Heat oven to 400° F. Place Brussels sprouts and chili in a large roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Spread Brussels sprouts out in the pan, cut side down. Roast, uncovered for 20 minutes.
Remove pan from the oven. Drizzle with fish sauce. Add kimchi and turn mixture with a spatula. Roast again for 10 minutes.
