Kimchi Brussels Sprouts

Try spicing up your Brussels Sprouts with this Kimchi twist!

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 large red Fresno chili, slivered
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 cup kimchi, drained
Servings: people
  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place Brussels sprouts and chili in a large roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Spread Brussels sprouts out in the pan, cut side down. Roast, uncovered for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove pan from the oven. Drizzle with fish sauce. Add kimchi and turn mixture with a spatula. Roast again for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve hot, adding more fish sauce if desired.
