Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 lb salmon

Instructions
- Combine the maple syrup, Tamari, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
- Place salmon in a baking dish, and coat with the marinade. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
