Marigold Simple Syrup
- 1 cup marigolds
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Marigold Spritz Cocktail
- 2 Tbsp Marigold simple syrup or to desired sweetness
- 1 cup soda water
- marigold petals garnish

- In a saucepan bring water and sugar to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat, add marigolds and simmer for five minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool, strain.
- To serve pour 2 tablespoons marigold infused syrup into a cup, top with sparkling water, club soda or seltzer.
- Garnish with marigolds and enjoy!
