Ingredients
  • 5 large roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped and loosely packed
  • 1 jalapeño pepper minced and seeded
  • 1 medium lime zested and juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • sea salt, to taste
