Ingredients
- 2 medium tilapia fillets
- 1 cup homemade or jarred salsa
- 1/2 medium lime
- 1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place tilapia on baking sheet sprayed or coated with oil.
- Pour 1/2 cup salsa on each fillet, and squeeze the lime over each piece of fish.
- Top with chopped cilantro.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish easily flakes. Serve as is or top with avocado slices.
