2jarsmedium to hot salsa
Place your chicken breasts or thighs in your slow cooker. Pour the jars of salsa over the chicken, stir, and cover.
Set your slow cooker on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours.
Once cooked through, use a knife and fork to shred the chicken. That's it!
Serving tip- this is a tasty dish when served over rice or in a flour tortilla. Try it topped with avocado, sour cream or cheese.
