Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
- 1/8 tsp. pumpkin spice
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1-2 tsp. maple syrup or sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 cup brewed coffee

Instructions
- Combine pumpkin, vanilla, milk, pumpkin spice and sweetener of choice in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave 1 min. until warm.
- Add pumpkin mixture to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into brewed coffee and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For a non-coffee version, replace coffee with unsweetened chai or strong black tea.
