Ingredients
- 1 cup smoked salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 4 oz)
- 1 15 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper, to taste

- Serve this dish on a bed of salad greens with wedges of hard-boiled egg and crusty bread on the side.
