  • 1 cup smoked salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 4 oz)
  • 1 15 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper, to taste
Servings: people
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Serve this dish on a bed of salad greens with wedges of hard-boiled egg and crusty bread on the side.
