Whipped ricotta cheese dip with lemon, fresh thyme and honey.
1TbspEV olive oil
2-3tspfresh thyme leaves
1/2each lemon zest
totastefresh cracked black pepper
Whip ricotta: Add ricotta, olive oil, and salt to a food processor (see note 1). Whip until smooth and fluffy.
Garnish: Spoon the whipped ricotta into a bowl. Drizzle with honey, and top with thyme, lemon zest (if using), and pepper. Serve with whatever yummy dippers you have! We love a crusty baguette to slather all that goodness up.
