Whipped Ricotta Dip with Honey

Whipped ricotta cheese dip with lemon, fresh thyme and honey.

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp EV olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2-3 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 each lemon zest
  • to taste fresh cracked black pepper

  1. Whip ricotta: Add ricotta, olive oil, and salt to a food processor (see note 1). Whip until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Garnish: Spoon the whipped ricotta into a bowl. Drizzle with honey, and top with thyme, lemon zest (if using), and pepper. Serve with whatever yummy dippers you have! We love a crusty baguette to slather all that goodness up.
