  • 1 whole mango fruit cut away from skin and pit
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp rose water (found in our baking aisle)
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch sugar or other sweetener (optional)
