Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats (gluten free if needed)
- 6 cups milk of choice (almond, flax, etc.)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve warm. This is delicious topped with banana slices, raisins or slivered almonds!
