Ingredients
- 4 oz Stickney Hill Plain Chèvre
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh ground pepper

- Mix all ingredients together and roll into a log. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with crackers or baguette. Delicious with cucumbers and tomato!
