Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dry brown rice
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 8 ounce mushrooms
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to instructions and refrigerate overnight.
- Heat oil in large skilled. Add broccoli, green onions, mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, and garlic to pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes, or until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add peas and green beans and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add rice and sea salt and stir, cooking for 1-2 minutes until rice is warm.
