Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon juice and zest
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- Place zucchini into a shallow bowl and add olive oil, garlic and lemon juice and zest. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place zucchini directly over the heat; close lid. Cook for about 12 minutes, or until tender, flipping every few minutes.
