Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ferndale ground turkey
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped (or substitute 2 tsp. dried parsley)
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 whole hamburger buns

- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 flat patties.
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve on a bun with desired toppings.
