Ingredients
Smoothie Base
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen, chopped banana
- 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened, plant-based milk
Toppings
- 3 strawberries, stemmed and sliced
- 1/2 peach, sliced
- 1/2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- Drizzle of almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. low-sugar granola
- 2 tsp. cocoa nibs

Instructions
- Wash and cut the fresh fruit. Set aside.
- Place milk and frozen fruit in a blender and blend until smooth. Your smoothie should be nice and thick; divide between two small bowls.
- Divide toppings between the bowls, arranging colors in rainbow order.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Be sure to use frozen fruit for a thick smoothie base. Start with a half cup of milk and add more if needed, depending on the processing power of your blender.
Want to use different fruit toppings? No problem! This recipe is delicious with a variety of fruits; simply pick a swap in the same color group.
