- 1 cantaloupe, honeydew or mini watermelon
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 8 oz. ciliegine mozzarella balls
- 12 slices prosciutto
- balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)

- Halve melon, scooping out and discarding seeds if using a cantaloupe or honeydew. Use a melon baller to scoop 24 melon balls.
- Place a melon ball, basil leaf, mozzarella ball, folded slice of prosciutto, and a second melon ball on each skewer.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
