Ingredients
Baked Brie
- 1 wheel brie cheese
Apple Compote
- 1 ea Honeycrisp apple, small diced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
Toasted Baguette
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper, cracked

Baked Brie
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut apples into a small dice.
Apple Compote
- Place all apple compote ingredients into a sauté pan or cast-iron skillet.
- Sauté on medium-high heat until apples turn a deep golden-brown and begin to caramelize.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Toasted Baguette
- Cut baguette into 3/4 inch slices
- Line baguette onto baking sheet
- Drizzle baguette with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake in 375-degree oven for 9-11 minutes or until baguette is light golden-brown.
Baking Brie
- Place brie into a baking dish that you can easily remove it from if you plan on serving on a separate serving dish.
- Bake in 375-degree oven for 9-11 minutes or until brie is soft to the touch, but still firm enough to hold its shape.
- Garnish brie with roasted pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds and serve with baguette.
