This recipe comes from Chef Blong Vang of Paj Ntaub Cuisine. It’s a healing soup that’s been part of the Hmong community for ages. Ingredients have healing in mind; lemongrass (anti-inflammatory), ginger (helps with digestion) and garlic (lower blood pressure).
