There’s always something new to learn about food! Everyone has a right to eat and cook good, healthful food, which is why we offer a variety of free and low-cost cooking classes. Currently we are providing virtual cooking classes for our co-op community that offer the convenience of being able to cook along live with talented instructors from the comfort of your own home. All are welcome!
All virtual classes include an option to register for free. Each class also has an option to donate as you are able. All donations help us continue offering free and low-cost educational resources on health and well-being for our community.
