A delightfully refreshing salad dressing.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp. raw honey, to taste
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar or bowl with sealable lid. Shake until honey dissolves and ingredients become well combined.
  2. Add additional honey, salt, or pepper to taste. For best flavor, chill dressing for 30 minutes in fridge prior to serving.
