Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or flax milk
  • 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ to 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 large apple, sliced

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth. Stir in the oats and chia seeds. Divide mixture between two jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, chop the apple and top your oats. Enjoy hot or cold!
