
Ingredients
- 2 14 oz can whole tomatoes
- 2 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 small white onion
- 1 chili pepper (see notes below for pepper options)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp sugar could do a little honey or maple syrup. The sugar is a must to temper the acidity.
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice

- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to salsa consistency.
Recipe Notes
*Choose between Habanero, Jalapeno, or Thai Chili for the chili pepper, depending on spice level - if omitting, consider adding more garlic and cumin.
Lasts 5 days in the fridge.
