Ingredients
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 5 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Chopped almonds, for topping (optional)

- In a food processor or blender, blend the ricotta for one minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Adjust sweetness to taste and serve with fresh fruit, shortbread cookies, pretzels or crackers.
