Chocolate Ricotta Cream

Eat this sweet spread with fruit, cookies, pretzels, rice cakes, waffles and more!

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • 5 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Chopped almonds, for topping (optional)
  1. In a food processor or blender, blend the ricotta for one minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Adjust sweetness to taste and serve with fresh fruit, shortbread cookies, pretzels or crackers.
